They show little to no initiative. We had to call them a number of times to confirm a viewing. They only showed us 1 out 5 of the properties we asked to see. I would recommend that they get more agents to help manage the viewings.

Flats are not well maintained. Leaking taps, cockroaches, old wooden floors. I requested some small things to be fixed in my flat and I'm now in the 5th Month and none of them have been fixed.
