24/7 seem to employ a variety of subcontractors to do their jobs, and it would appear to be a lucky draw when it comes to customer satisfaction. Their solution at this property for an underground short was to link the cables with an ordinary wall junction. Furthermore, I was overcharged for cabling. Attie confirmed the overcharge and duly refunded me. But we were unaware of the inefficient link until the tenant complained about the same problem a couple of months later. Judging from all the five-star ratings it would seem that this is a reputable business but it just goes to show that we all drop the ball every once in a while. Before and after pics below.

24/7 has been more than accommodating to my non-conventional time schedules. I'm a teacher and have specific times that I'm available, and they adjusted their service with no complaints. WhatsApp communication is best with 24/7. They respond in real time and you can have a clear discussion of your needs: and you know when you just need that extra light fitted... as easy as a WhatsApp message. This was my first time using them, but most certainly not my last. Actually, I've booked them already for the next steps of my home renovation.
