By far the most incompetent, dishonest, untrustworthy company i have ever had the dissatisfaction of dealing with. Had a very bad experience with them as did several other companies that i conduct business with on a daily basis. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. AA Forklifts - ever heard of doing honest business ???? Didn't think so.......
Most useless company i have ever come across!!!!! supposed to service my forklift and repair the brakes. After 10 days and many calls to finish the task at hand, it is still not repaired. NO brakes on the forklift. Every day another excuse. BUT THE ACCOUNT WAS E-MAILED EVEN BEFORE THEY FINISHED. Not all the filters were replaced. NO greasing was done... and so on and so on.... stay away as far as you can!!! There should be a law against such useless people. you cannot even call them a service center. There is no minus stars to select for this company. I would give them -10 stars!!!
Very useless! Dishonest and absolutely shocking service.
Terrible service and untrustworthy. Our original parts and copper pipes were replaced with plastic and generic rubbish. Was even threatened and almost assaulted by the owner when I asked too many questions. Do not use unless you are looking for problems.
