People you need to stay clear of this place! I had them put in a new automatic gearbox on my wife's car. The same day we collected it, it did exactly the same thing. We turned around and took it straight back only to be told by the owners son that once you leave it's your problem. Long story short after all the fighting and legal it turned out that they didn't even replace the gearbox it was our original one!!!!! They did change it but only after a court order.

Communication skills is really bad and their order different parts at different dates. I got my car back on the 7th of February 2020 , after two hours the engine failed again. Ever since I've been waiting for my car to come back. Is been seven month, thats to long. After my warranty, I'm no longer taking my car to action Gearbox again or recommend someone to them.

Best service I had no problems with action gearbox they offered me a lift to my safe destination and when my vehicle was done they drove to my house and took me to my vehicle... I have not had a problem with my vehicle since thank you to action Gearbox team you guys rock

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! TOOK THE CAR FOR GEARBOX ISSUE AND CAR CAME BACK WITH THERMOSTAT ISSUE. TOOK THE CAR BACK TODAY FOR THE 3RD TIME TO GET THIS SORTED! THEY SAID TO MY INSURANCE THAT THEY WOULD SUPPLY ME WITH COURTESY CAR BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DIDN'T SUPPLY ME WITH COURTESY CAR! THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE SO BAD!! DO.....NOT.....TAKE.....YOUR.....CAR.....THERE!!!!
