There is a lot of items on special up to 50% off. If you're a Adidas and/or Reebok fan then this is the place to shop. I bought a paid of the ultraboost 20 for on 30% discount. However, the only and biggest compliant I have is that they don't have many women's ultrboost shoes. My wife and I wished to get a matching pair but they don't even have ultrboost 20 for women.

Good service, for a factory outlet seems like their prices are same as in retail shops. They did have sale items which were up to 50% off.

The overall service is not bad. Try and prioritize pregnant women, you cant let them stand on the long que. When we asked one of your staff member, she said they have never let any pregnant woman pay first as everybody has to que( heavily pregnant or not) . Please educate your staff.

A clean & secure shopping experience, considering the Covid the pandemic. The staff need to be more alert & supportive, it takes a while to locate them when you need assistance, or their initiative isn't up to standard. I love my purchases though!

Good Day I purchased the item code EE6818 from the Adidas Event Store off Beyers Naude but it wasn't the right size. It was a size 5 & I needed a size 6. I was informed that I could get a size 6 Adilette Comfort at the Stone Ridge store. I called the Stone Ridge store on 14 November to keep the item aside. I was advised that they can only keep the item aside for 24 hours but Dimpo was kind enough to assist. I went to the exchange the sandals on Saturday, 21 November just after 3pm. I had to wait in the same queue in which customers had to pay which is ridiculous, as I wasted my time waiting for more than hour. Most stores, even other Adidas branches have a separate queue for exchanges & returns. This store refused to assist me with my exchange despite that I spoke to the Store Manager, Portia. Portia was busy eating. First I saw her walk with ice cream & then she was eating something else. Portia wasn't wearing her mask & was eating at the till while authorising a transaction. Obviously the Covid-19 protocol/regulation wasn't being adhered to but all customers had to keep their masks on. I am very disappointed in the service that I received at this store. I'm grateful that they kept the sandal aside for me but they wasted my time to make me wait in the long queue just to exchange one item. I got late to attend a function as I travelled from Roodepoort to Kempton Park. I didn't have a choice to go back to the store as I love in Roodepoort & I was told that they can't keep the item for longer. I was assisted at 16:25. My time was wasted waiting in the queue just to exchange 1 item. I waited in the queue to get into the store for about 30 minutes & then inside the store queue for about an hour. I sent an email to Adidas Head Office & didn't receive any response
