ASP is an absolutely wonderful institution. The coaches are truly exceptional and they have a huge amount of experience. They are so good with the kids and they make the training sessions such fun too. ASP is fantastic for increasing strength, agility and speed and for overall sports performance improvement. Amazed at what the program has done for my sons conditioning . The different phases of strength and endurance training, coupled with corrective exercises and sport specific programs was amazing and I believed this is just what my son needed to bring his game to the next level. For the past year now, we have worked with Sean and his team at ASP on developing and nurturing youth football talent in South Africa. ASP is an official partner of the Engen Knockout Challenge - a prestigious youth football tournament in South Africa. ASP's expertise and techniques ensure that the players participating in the tournament are well looked after and treated correctly. Acquiring ASP as an official partner of the Engen Knockout Challenge has elevated the tournament to the next level, and ensured that the players receive high quality sport science advice. Working with Sean and his team has been an absolute pleasure thus far.

My son, Jordan is in Grade 11 at Randpark High and as part of their exams they had to do a day of job shadowing - he wants to have a career in Sports Science. Having been at Randburg Football Club for many years and dealing with Sean and ASP, I asked Sean if he could job shadow with ASP. Jordan had a great day and learnt so much. The day exceeded his expectations and this is what he had to say "After my day of work I was extremely surprised and amazed about what I did and learnt. My day consisted of printing and filing reports with two amazing ASP employees, learning about the logistics of training a client or team and actually training a client and team. I learnt about the responsibilities and skills required to have a job in sport science and ASP have me the tools to build my future". Jordan had also previously done an assessment with ASP to improve his speed and technique in rugby.
A.S.P the first time i heard of them was thru a amateur football club I coached in South of Johannesburg Sporting JHB.FC our Head Coach Mr Jock Dias introduced Sean to me we had words and A.S.P analyzed the team that i was coaching i was shocked at the results.At the following training session I had a meeting with all the parents to discuss where our kids could inprove my own son Renato joined A.S.P every pre season i sent my son thru to Sean's team where they rectified his running technique and build his inner core strength,i would recommend any sportsman to A.S.P. My personal experience you see the rewards.
