The ease of the booking was faced with extreme difficulty at first because of load shedding that caused their system to be offline(something they had no control over therefore understandable). I commend your immediate assistance when you were back online though - helpful and reassuring that if I have any questions or need any help further, I should call or email you so i thought great! I have a little support too. Most definitely would recommend your pleasant and professional service and looking forward forward to working with you in the future

Worst experience ever was at the airport the whole day ticket didn’t exist White collar tsotsis yet very well spoken Disgrace had to buy another ticket to call the Company owner mduduzi ncube he wasn’t picking yazz a very a small amount of money ticket for joburg to capetown then how do we trust with bigger amounts

I I've Booked With This Agency I then cancelled My Booking Therefore They've Said they will Refund Me 50% I am still Waiting since Saterday what kind of an Agency that lie to clients????? this is So Bad even The consultant Siya Doesn't Even Call me anything To Update I am Suffering on Accommodation Cause Of African Dula Travel Agency This is Wrong.

This is yet the worst travel agency I had ever dealt with, just like Thabo Motha, I paid for a return flight, but I was only booked a one way flight. On my return, the airlines kept denying me saying I have not booked any flight. I managed to buy myself a ticket from one China city to another. When contacting the manager he kept ignoring my messages and calls and I was stuck in Hong Kong airport for two days without eating nor bathing and I was told he was actually in Durban. With endeavors to help me get to Joburg, I arrived safely and they had promised me my refund, but the Manager is ignoring my messages and calls again. Please I want my MONEY BACK! I do not encourage anyone to use this agency. These people won’t even communicate, but just ignore you and leave you stranded yet you paid your money.

Never going back here again, we had to be at the station at 7:30 to leave for our trip, so we could spend as much time as possible at our destination. Not only did we leave way too late at 9:00(!!), the driver also drove us the wrong way and we ended up way too late at our destination, when we inquired about getting a refund because we lost so much time, they basically told us we had to pay THEM extra. Again, never booking here again, even if it was the last bookingagency in the galaxy!!

The lady serving me had no idea what she was doing, I was there for a whole 40 mins to book for a flight to East London without any explanation of what was happening or what she was struggling with, I'm never booking with you guys again, poor service ever. And to think she kept saying it's none refundable yet she's wasting my time.
