Service was good but i was so disappointed when i open my goods i bought wadrobe of which is its takes 3 days to be fixed when i open it was not the colour of the wadrobe that ive choose i was very disappointed

I purchased a glass coffee table yesterday and i immediately contacted the store only to be told by the rude female manager that i have lost out. I paid R1 700 for this table and for someone to be that rude i was disgusted. I want to know what's the way forward as I need a refund or another table.
If you ever feel like getting anything from these guys at the Alberton Branch....don't waste your time. The manager is only interested in taking your money behind his bars and that is that. No follow up on times given for when they will deliver or assemble. He actually does not care what happens to his clients after they paid. Perhaps he should be sent on some management training or get his sales staff to do the job. They are not capable to be called a business.
I bought the furniture there is strong I love it
Bad service. I bought a bed yesterday and supposed to be delivered yesterday. I don't get any calls regarding delivery am still waiting for my bed to be delivered...
There is a nice park and flats for rent with a place for children to play
So disappointed with this shop, bought a wardrobe and it came with a box written reject and some parts missing and doors scratched... Have been to the shop for 2 weeks now wanting them to come change doors and finish their job but the manager is pathetic and he doesn't know what TCF mean...I will now be taking this to the Ombudsman and exposing them everywhere cause they are liars...
The service is nonsense, I was told I should pay the product will be delivered and nothing was delivered, I wasn’t updated in terms of why my product was not delivered! I can’t even follow because no one is answering!
