20minutes to get one length of material issued to me? Realy is that the best you can do? Staff stand around taking great effort to look too busy to assist with your order... i will take great effort to use aluminium trading as an absolute last resort in future.

I'm a firm believer that when it comes to sales you should be fair and reasonable. Two things Aluminium is not. Staff will only assist if they feel like it and honestly that's hardly ever. Secondly the pricing isn't reasonable. I won't use these guys again!

I think this company is probably great to use if you have a relatively large job. I do feel that smaller jobs are a bit of a nuisance to them. Don't expect quick turn-around times or responses via email, rather phone. Also don't expect a quick response when contacting via their website, again rather just phone.

This is the worst supplier to deal with, disorganised, rude and always out to get you and more importantly they are the most expensive supplier in this business, always a rip off. This was the case 10 years ago and is still the case now. We were forced to use them today and paid but while we were waiting they told us sorry no stock but they forced us to take the half of the order anyway and supposedly sent a refund (which we don't have yet) for simple aluminium square tube? Go to Aluminium Alloys or Maizey's far cheaper and better service. plus 35% cheaper. Never again.
