I am a subscriber to their news titles. In December I inadvertently paid them a large amount instead of another creditor. I have been promised a refund since 15 February, but they still have not paid me and keep fobbing me off. They either have severe cashflow problems or they believe their size protects them from the reputational damage any organisation would suffer if it behaved in this unethical manner. Their CFO should think hard about the competence of his Finance Staff.

Arena Holdings Subscription - Poor Customer Service. I am a very disappointed and unhappy new CAR Magazine subscriber – I have for the last two weeks made many phone calls, Sent emails and SMS messages with regards to the non-delivery of my March edition of the CAR magazine with zero success. Worthless apologies and empty promises seem to be the Arena way of work with regards to Customer service. (Quite a contradiction to the Arena Holdings “Values” published on your website). No feedback on numerous requests for a manager to please phone me back to explain the problem w.r.t. the delivery of my printed copy. Please….. Please….. Please….. What should I do to get a trustworthy response and commitment to resolving my problem?? Regards………….. Fanie Coetzee Client Ref: 7364921
