So you phone and it rings for 28 min with you being 1 in the queue. Then you decide to phone back and again after 15 min remain 1 in the queue. For a medical company that distribute medication that don't answer the phone at all is shocking and reckless. What if someone overdosed and needed to know what they could give a patient to counteract it... Reckless at best
