High School / Collage Grade 8 - 12 Child Authors are paired with mentors in the book trade, to learn more about authoring an anthology of African children’s books and become published Child Authors with Bala Books. SOCIAL: "The World Beyond Your Own" children’s book-writing programmes pair learners from private (Independent) and public (Community Partner) schools for peer-to-peer learning. Learners are paired with professional mentors in the book trade. As part of its social responsibility, Partner Schools and Corporate Partners can choose to sponsor a child from a Public/Community Partner School, to participate in a programme alongside their peers. ECONOMICAL: Bala Books focuses on the welfare and generational wealth creation of all its published Child Authors through: Book Sales and Royalty Earnings. Over ten thousand African Child Authors have had the opportunity to be part of the initiative by Bala Books that has now produced over 500 published Child Authored books. The books are available Online, and at SKOOBS Theatre of Books Montecasino and Exclusive Books stores. TECHNOLOGICAL: Our online bookstore is a treasure trove of delightful children's reading books that comprises an anthology of African Child Authored books.
