This is like an international airport - very fast and extremely busy. Helicopter landing area makes patient rescue fast. Everything one needs is here. Clean, efficient and help all around. Wheelchair access. Reception efficient. Parking is a reasonable charge. Can have your car washed whilst u are at your appointment. Good signage inside to find what or whom you are looking for.

On admission all was well the service was good. At ward the nurse yesterday took very good care of us. And the night shift staff was not bad. Today staff was horrible. They made the beds while the patients where sitting in the ward reception. They said there was no linen. Really in the private hospital no linen. Unbelievable. The lady next to me came from the theatre. She was hungry, she asked for food. They told the husband to go and buy food down stairs because the kitchen will bring food at 12pm. They couldn't organize a sandwich. The nurses don't give a damn about the patients. We had to wait for a wheelchair for 15 minutes. After that they send us to the pharmacy to collect the medication, which was delivered in the ward in the morning. And they don't care. I'm very disappointed with them. I'm worried because I have to come back again to do the surgery. Hope the service will be much better next time.

Beautiful hospital and courteous staff. Also has a decent eat in. Only issue is the wait time to be attended. But then that's because it's a good hospital so lots of people keep showing up

Good hospital but terrible parking. Ensure that you are early if you have an appointment, to ensure time for parking and walking down to the hospital. A pet hate: paying for parking at a hospital.

It used to be the "flagship" of the group, but sadly it has deteriorated significantly. 1 or 2 decent nurses in the ward, the same in ICU!! Service in Casualty Dept terrible! Bad or no management. Very disappointed.

The staff are friendly and the equipment is world class. Dr Benn in the Breastcare Centre of Excellence is one of the best in the industry.

Brilliant minds. Excellent service. Dr Marisse Venter is a rock star in my book. Professor Carol Benn, what a wonderful soul. Sister Norma, natural 'Florence Nightingale'. Everyone at Milpark makes one feel extra special. Kudos!
