Was impressed by the customer service. The place stocks beautiful wedding gowns and accessories. If one's lucky they can get a gown at a giveaway price during there knockdown end of range sales.

Realy bad service, it took them for ever to finish the dress, and they have a bad attitude when it comes to customer service, after waiting 3 weeks we get our dress back with a big hole in it. They will not see my money again. Originaly they could not even give us an invoice, we had to drive back to the shop to pick up an invoice. Using their service is a mistake that I will not repeat. Best of luck.

Pathetic service. My daughter bought a 2 piece outfit. She was fitted for size and needed alteration of length only, after keeping the garment there for over 6 weeks the length was still incorrect, when asked them to correct they said they don't have time but they wasted 6 weeks of our time keeping the garment there and not doing a proper job. They then asked us to take it elsewhere to hem it again. So we are expected to pay again whereas we already paid them to alter the garment as well. R3800 later for extremely poor poor service. Disgusting to say the least.

Good service and great products. Fully suited up for my wedding here and had alterations done with no problems. They are pricey but it is worth it for the quality product you receive.

Was looking for a wedding suit with the valentines day special. Even though I could not find the right suit, the ladied were very helpful and was going to go beyond normal service to assist me.
