BringMySouthAfrica (Pty) Ltd, is a leading importer of personal protective equipment (PPE) products while supporting local manufacturers with regard to sanitizers. Public health and safety and our combined approach to tackling personal protection is essential and we are part of this eco-system. As a company our objectives are as follows: 1) To ensure as a county we have adequate supplies of personal protective equipment to tackle personal protection, especially in light of Covid-19. 2) To provide hand sanitizer manufactured by our local network of South African suppliers and further SMME development. 3) To create long term, sustainable and stable employment focusing on youth development. Through our relationships we have sourced eight manufacturers of these essential PPE items from China. These manufacturers are currently exporting to the US, UK and Europe. They are well established and have large production facilities. As far as possible we have ensured that the factories can meet the growing demands globally. Given the critical need for PPE in South Africa and the short supply, we have gone through painstaking lengths to ensure that we source only verified goods from legitimate suppliers. We have followed a very stringent and rigorous procurement process to vet our suppliers. All suppliers are registered with the FDA and have CE certification for their products. We are approved by the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) to import and sell KN95 and FFP2 masks in South Africa. As part of this approval process we submitted product and factory details, product designs, confirmation of FDA registration and test/lab reports. Our sanitizers are manufactured locally by SMMEs. This will further help stimulate and develop businesses in South Africa. BringMySouthAfrica is committed to transformation in the PPE industry.
