Worst experience ever bad customer service and rude

Never, ever, ever take a device to BT Games for repair. Worst customer experience ever. Dropped device off Mid November. Got it back Mid February. Not a single piece of pro-active communication - had to chase them for every single update. Funny thing is - the team said "that's normal" and "we've had devices that have taken longer".
