Bad staff. Slow service. No management. There was one cad in front of me and each window took at least 5 minutes. Also countless excuses about their machines being slow or not working. It is not the machines fault. It’s the fact that there is zero management. They weren’t even able to give me my drinks I paid for… just decided to leave without them.

Great service, neat, clean and funky. Very convenient for me and having a halal outlet on my doorstep makes life easier for me. Friendly staff is a total bonus
Alot can be done to improve customer experience, I'm sure you are well aware by now. My personal experience was being left waiting for my order and then being forgotten and on a few occasions the waiting time, to which I empathised with your staff as I saw they are still new and needed training. Looking beyond the perspective from a traditional customer expecting everything to be perfect. My advice to you is if you want to survive in this day and age where customers have access to reviews and ratings at their fingertips, please skill and invest in your staff, and also a generator, as you lose so much revenue in downtime, not to mention gaining a reputation in not being a capable franchise. It would be a shame if your doors were to close due to such minor issues that ultimately deter customers. I really wish you the best and hope that you remain opened for as long as possible as the product is great value for money.

We were so excited for this store but it won't last long. It is being so poorly managed! Just went through drive-thru: placed the order only to get to the next window and be asked what we had ordered. We were then told they were out of tomato and Lettuce - 2 basic ingredients for almost every burger! Last time, the cleaner at the pick up window was picking his nose before handing us the order. The lack of hygiene and the general chaos for a new store and one that never has more than 2 cars at dinner time is indicative of serious problems. Come on BK - there's so much potential to do well in this location!
I was at the drive-thru this evening, I was assisted by this lady who was extremely helpful with a bubbly personality... it was so refreshing to see that, unfortunately I couldn't remember her name ... very pleasant experience
Two days in a row I tried to support this new local business and both times they didnt have stock. For a new establishment you guys are doing an awful job of ensuring future business. The absolute minimum basic requirement of a food outlet is having stock and you cant even get that right. I hope you close your doors soon so a better company can open there instead of this useless eyesore in our community.
