Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Really friendly staff that are willing to go beyond the call of duty. Ive been to many car audio shops but none quite like this, had a smile on my face the whole drive home with my pavement banging sound!!

Total rip off. Had appointment then waited an hour. Could see car and no one went near it during that hour. Then worked on it for 5 minutes. Had told me the work would take an hour and quoted me R900. Still charged me R900. Said I had been an hour and couldn't understand why I queried the charge for 5 minutes work.

They have terrible customer service! I struggled to arrange an installation date with them, upon arriving I was sent away to return another day. Upon my return I was faced with another excuse and sent away again!
