Very poor Firstly phoned them asking if they pick up items since I don't have transport to move the items from my place to them and they said yes, only to find out that they don't do pickups

Buying here was the worst decision I've ever made, the owner is very rude and unprofessional The products I bought are supposed to have a warranty of 3 months but I brought them back within a space of 24hrs and they denied me a refund I'm utterly disgusted by their service and the treatment the owner gives

The owner is horrible, rude and very unprofessional. I bought a brand new sander there that worked all for 2 minutes and when trying to return it under the 6 months warranty I was told that they would not accept it, such scam artists that do not honor anything. Do not but from this store, it'll only cost you money in the long run
