This building houses some schools under the Wits University Engineering and Built Environment Faculty. It has an atruim, where when can makes a sound under it, and it echoes, pretty amazing thing to do. It has a computer and electronics laboratory, lecture halls, engineering library and seminar rooms. Lecturers, masters students, and students are found within the vicinity. It is wheel chair accessible, stairs and elevators are present. Spacious and beautiful looking.

Computer labs are always available for fourth years electrical engineering students ( Dlab) at the ground floor and mine design lab MDL at fourth floor for mining engineering students. Reception for both electrical and mining school are found on the second floor. CM 1 and CM2 are found at the lower ground floor. Faculty of engineering office are also found on the ground floor.
