Horrific. Neurosurgeon doesn't even speak to you or try and assess the problem. Like it's a total mission just to write something down. Ask for pain relief and 'i don't do that until I know what the problem is' but an mri can only be done in 3 month's time. No interest. No empathy. Disgusting. Also had blood taken and they are alsok horrendous. No gloves used!!!!! Seemed like they enjoyed hurting me. Only nice person there was the guy at mri for my booking. Thank you.
