3 weeks ago I placed a laptop order, I was told to come for it in 7 days. They kept postponing, the worst part is that they don't even reply to texts messages when I ask about the laptop, they replied only when I leave multiple texts meanwhile you can see the guy online. Don't you have the decency to tell customers that the order will be delayed instead of going of the grid with the information!!

Worst customer service ever!!!After placing an order,they did not give me a date,i kept going there after a week or two and to no avail.Until one of the workers told to come on the 27th April to collect my order.I went there and the store was closed. N.B I walk from Bertrams to Braamfontein
