Received excellent customer service from Christine, RCS on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired for. I was told to physically go to the store to verify my card, upon arrival and purchase they decided that I don't need to verify anymore and then as soon as I got home I was informed that my card was blocked due to not verifying. Excellent staff, poor company policy.

Very nice furniture at a inflated Rosebank price. They do have unique items but mostly it’s the same stuff just slight different color schemes. Staff were uninterested and fobbed us off as soon as they were able and didn’t seem that knowledgeable. Did some checking and you can get custom pieces at the same price.

I've generally been a loyal customer of Coricraft but recently their service has been appalling! I ordered a set of cushions on 01.09.2020 from their online store. The cushions arrived on 08.09.2020 and was shocked to find two of the cushions in a terrible condition and obviously used before and repackaged. I emailed to lay a compliant - till this day no one has responded to that quality complaint. I then called to get some assistance and after not much luck with phone calls and emails I resorted to going in store to return the cushions and get a refund. Cushions were returned to the Rosebank store on 21.09.2020 but no refund has been received. The store has probably since sold the cushions I returned. Its a month after laying my initial complaint but I am still battling - being pushed from pillar to post with no refund or cushions. This is unacceptable Coricraft! You need to get your act together.

Good selection of quality home and living furniture; very friendly staff. Normally they have good discounts on weekends but check the website first! I recommend to check the website first and have an idea of what you want and then go and check the fabric and select.
