I ordered a Kind headboard from Saif. He got the design I requested incorrect so many times after specifying it numerous times. When they eventually delivered it, It was too small, and he insisted that is the size of a King (175cm). I assumed that someone who bragged he made headboard for years will know the correct size of a King headboard. He refused to correct it. We had to transport it to him again and pay in extra to rectify it. Once we got it back the workmanship was pathetic. Never deal with them!!!! Stay away. Very disappointed at the headboard I received.

Shocking service!!! Salesman did a great job in selling all the bells and whistles ( lined curtains with block out, tie-backs etc etc). Curtains were badly made, and eight months later we are still waiting for the tie-backs. Very disappointing.
