They guys were too busy to pay attention to me and in as much as There was no queue, I had to wait just to ask a question. Place looks organized besides the fact, but I had to go to another service provider to get help

They were very friendly. They told me that they work on booking because of Covid then tried to find a branch closest to me that has immediate space called to verify and then sent me there. I was grateful and all is well.

It's going to be a little bit of a wait. Front office staff/reception are moderatly helpful in some way, although don't think they'll look up at you and give you assistance off the bat. Check up was smooth though and your longest part would be the weight to have one of the inspectors look at your vehicle.

Super unhelpful bunch. I arrived without an appointment even will all their testers standing outside smoking and not a single car to be seen I was shown away. Not worth wasting your time, go to a non Dekra roadworthy Centre where they are keen to assist!

With a High cost you would think they are fast and efficient, guess again. they do alot of checking unrelated things
