Wonderful experience. Front desk staff were friendly an excellent. From the man checking for COVID and directing clients to the ladies booking in the vehicle. Too often people just go through the motions of just doing a job. At Dekra Randburg, the office has real character and care over professional service. Well done

The reception was not very helpful. It felt like being at a government department. I had to be constantly asking what to do next. I must add though that I arrived 30 minutes before closing time so maybe they were already preparing to close but I had phoned in advance to ask what's the latest time to bring a vehicle for inspection.

Got there well, though, for whatever reason, the map was very slow and made me pass turns. Otherwise, I got there and the man assisting me was such a lovely, calm, collected and so much helpful. I wish I knew his name, he deserves a mention here. He told me in details what I need to do, which so rare. No attitudes, no hard feelings. He was very patient with me. Keep it up man! You welcomed me like your own child. God mightly bless you sir.

I booked for a simple roadworthy test and arrived as agreed at 10h00. The reception staff were rather reserved (bordering on sullen), and could certainly be more friendly. At 12h27, I saw my car be driven in and out for its test. From 10h00 until I asked, there were no updates on progress. When after about 2 hours I asked the lady at reception about the delay, it took a follow up 10 minutes later, by me, to get any further information. No updates whatsoever in the time I was here. A glance into the workshop area demonstrated a very slow approach to doing what was required. After I complained and they quickly started on my vehicle, it was ready in under 30 minutes, a whole 3 HOURS later. My vehicle was here about 2 months ago for a full technical inspection and that process was quicker. Atrocious, lax and unwelcoming customer service that certainly needs major improvement. I will not be back.

Extremely long waiting time, front office staff talk to you like they are doing you a favor. There is also no place to wait for the 3 hours, you have to wait on the road due to Covid, area seems dangerous.
