Staff are generally friendly. Waited quite a long time for my turn to get my car roadworthied but the job got done quickly once it was in. Would be helpful if dealerships and private people were given seperate queues because dealerships can monopolise the roadworthy queue with loads of cars especially in the mornings.

Quick and reasonable. I waited less than an hour. I had to stand outside to allow other people in so we aren't congested to avoid covid spread

Not a terrible experience had good professional service. However I made an appointment for 10:00, got here 10 mins early and still had to wait over an hour for someone to roadworthy my vehicle. Overall good service jsut be prepared to wait about an hour after your scheduled appointment
