Got there at 06:15am to submit a claim there was a long line(for appointments) nonetheless I was done at 8:15am. Really impressed that they start assisting sooner than their stated hours. Staff is very helpful.

I have registered on the online portal however since my registration 5 months ago have had absolutely no response at all. Phones numbers are an elusion as they just ring to infinity and e-mail's are disrespectfully ignored. C RY beloved country, CRY your heart out. If I could rate on a negative scale I shall give them minus 5 stars!!!!! Incompetent and useless officials earning salaries for doing nothing, a I robot will give a better service.

It’s not even worth this one star. No response via email or text or voice call! Absolutely shocking that I was directed to the call centre via the website and got no response, the numbers changed , ring continuously and the list goes on!
