* update! This week will be 8 weeks since I ordered and paid for the sample. Still not recieved. My watsapps and emails are being flat out ignored. Only response I recieved was on this rating, basically saying I will get it when I get it. When will I recieve my very expensive sample guys. The lack of response is really unacceptable * I really do not like posting negative reviews but I really won't recommend this company to anyone. I requested a quote from them for 100 custom diaries, and I needed a specific thickness paper, a spesific design on the cover etc. I recieved the quote and was happy with it, and asked if I can order a sample as I needed to see the quality etc before ordering a hundred units. They said that if they have to make only one it will be R575 for 1 a5 diary, which is alot but worth it for me to see what the units would look like. I went ahead with the sample order, and confirmed all the specs. When I recieved my sample it was terrible quality. The cover was the wrong color (purple instead of green, the artwork on the cover was not correct, the paper was extremely thin even though I specified the thickness I wanted, and was quoted on it. The paper wasn't stitched together properly and it just looked cheap. Keep in mind I paid R575 for this sample and R150 delivery fee. I was told that because its a sample it doesn't get stitched together, whitch I did nog agree with as I paid for it. The paper and color was also completely wrong, so they said they would bring me a new sample in a few days. It's been weeks now, no new sample, my emails and calls are being ignored and since I haven't received my sample I have requested refund. Last time I spoke to them asking for a refund I was promised my sample within the week. It did not come and now they are completely ignoring me. I don't know what step to take next. I am a small business owner myself and can't afford to throw money away.

I received my order (notebooks, diaries & 2021 calendars) and am SOOOOO incredibly happy with the work that you have done! It is exactly as I had wanted it! Not only did the order turn out great but you all were super helpful and VERY prompt with getting back to me with any questions I had.
