Useless service, you can call until you are blue in your face the dispensary just doesn't pick up the phone, you ask the help desk to speak to the manager (which isn't available) and been told I will be put through to assistant manager, which by surprise also doesn't pick up the phone! I will definitely be moving my chronic medication to Mall Of The Souths Dis-Chem, they at least know how to pick up a phone! MONDEOR DIS-CHEM YOU ARE USELESS AND SHOULD RATHER CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!

RUDE NURSE!!! I went to visit the Dischem Clinic on Columbine Road (Mondeor) on 31/ 08/2020 and it was such an unpleasant experience. The Nurse/Sister that was on duty in the morning was not personable, rude and very abrupt. Going to seek help with Gynecological issues is already very uncomfortable for us ladies, getting a rude Nurse/Sister who acts like you are wasting her time just makes the experience even more unbearable. I had to lie walk out and say I was coming back. I just ask that the relevant Nurse/Sister gets reminded how personal visiting a clinic is for a person and if she could be more willing to assist, be more personable and just NOT rude.

Worst service you can ever get when you phone. I keep on getting redirected and still end up with the same person who is totally rude. I sat 30 mins with absolutely no help and my phone call was cut. Unfortunately this wasn't the only time, this is the 3rd time. Absolutely terrible services..

I purchased a pain heat pack, 2 months ago. The heat pack started to leak. i returned item to Dischem Mondeor. I asked for replacement or refund. had to speak to 5 people re the defective item. they said they did not have in stock and that i should go to another dischem store. i also spoke to Manager and assistant manger. According to CPA i have 6 months to return defective item. I also had the till slip. The managers should be trained and well versed with the CPA and returns. I was very irritated and disappointed that they could not refund R54.95. JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now with covid i have to risk going to another Dischem and having to perhaps go through the same ordeal.
