Waited for approximately an hour and a half before I got to see the Dr which really threw me off,I think the whole purpose of an appointment is to have a set time to see the Dr,we don't all have the luxury of having to wait above and beyond the set time. Secondly I specifically asked for a certain consultation code to be submitted to my medical aid when claiming so it could pay out from a benefit and not my medical savings. This wasn't done so the visit paid out from savings,the very thing I was avoiding. Was definitely my first and last time time going there

Terrible front desk staff, rude and impolite. Waited for 2 hours to see the doctor only to find out the receptionist hadn't taken out my file. Great doctor, pity the front desk is so terrible. No empathy or apology from them either.

Rude reception. Long waiting hours despite making an appointment and no apology whatsoever. Why take appointments if you make patients wait for 2 hours anyways?

My mom was sick and missed diagnosed for a year and 5 months seeing my mom in pain every day of her and my life was devistating. What was even more devistating was that the many doctors specialist's and internists she went to ,scans and tests and no one could find the root or problem. Then i remember many years Dr Arno Strydom which was my doctor at the time and we relocated and we made use of the doctors in our area. I made a phone call and explained to the resecptionist the issue and this was our last hope. She called back in a few hours and the doctor spoke to me he advised me and i booked an appointment for my mom. My mom believed and still say that Dr Arno Strydom was sent from God. He diagnosed her and prescribed her medicine and this is the 4 th day she has never felt this great and no pain since she's been to Dr Strydom. I am so grateful i have my mom back and im relieved. Never give up hope. Dr Strydom is excellent great service very professional a miracle doctor.Thank you doctor.

My mom and I have been going to Dr Strydom since I was little. I am 26 this year and I still go back. Dr Stradome helped me when I had a problem with a problem with my hand that 3 other Dr wanted me to go for meager surgery for. He helped me with my problem the same day well I was there and no operation needed now to this day. That was 3 years ago. I rely appreciate this!
