Fantastic team of friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable individuals. Brought my printer in after about 15 years of trouble free printing. I was ushered in by friendly personnel, handed over to the team and they just got to it. After the lesser part of an hours cleaning and maintenance (first in 15 years), I left with a perfectly working printer. I have had to replace other brands of printers because this type of service did not exist for them.

Trying to get quotes for printing solutions for the company I work for. I phoned in asking for the sales department, I was told he is not available and can I phone back later. As someone who worked in sales I would appreciate reception taking down a number so the sales person can phone back when they are available. Not expect the customer to phone back later on hoping that the sales person would be available.

While driving to work today on Oxford Rd your delivery vehicle 012 was operating as a taxi. I personally witnessed 4 emergency stops to drop off and collect passengers. Twice I was forced to stop while he put on his hazards to offload people. It's a no stopping zone, you are not licensed for transportation and when I asked him what he was doing at the robots I was given a pretty dirty mouthful about what I can do with myself. If my team were dragging my company name through the gutter I would also want to know. -Michelle, While I appreciate a fast response you are rather miss informed. It was not you grinding to a halt on a busy 7am busy main road. Your driver was wreckless putting my life in danger. As I sympathize with everyone on matters of covid, wreckless driving is not a lesser evil. Pull into a street and offload people safely, he broke the law and you asked me to remove my post - that's not an apology or taking accountability. Your response to my message makes me rather want to show people how you deal with incidents. That's what this forum is about. Maybe renting a printer is a similar experience.
