Dispicable! This is no hotel. There is only 2 channels to watch, which has a ghost background. The so-called DSTV is for staff not clients. The first day there was no TV. Door had to be fixed, bathroom light out. I asked to watch one episode from 19:30 to 20:30 week days. I was ignored. Other clients was more important. The place is riddled with roaches and rats. Absolutely disgusting. I've asked to speak to management. The staff refused. The place is a health Hazzard. It's not safe to complain either.
