Fatima Farred, she went above and beyond and I could hear the genuine caring in her voice when I shared the story of one of your clients who was denied access to her account in branch after she had been held up at kife point the day before, she had a brand-new temporary ID documents she was told she would have to wait until she had the card. I trust this is being escalated to the highest level feel free to contact me to ensure that teller is fired

Phoned to ask a simple question this morning, the person on the other line was so unfriendly and rude, i was still busy asking a question and the line got dropped in my ear. Very rude and i’m really glad i moved to another bank because if they keep this up they are going to lose far more customers, very dissapointed in their service as i was a client for many years. Quick tip: if you are not a people’s person do not apply for a job requiring you to communicate with clients or potential clients!
