Wow! Not friendly at all!!! They said they would come out. Then I query what time they will arrange after accepting quote. Only to be told rudely on the day that they don't work on Sunday. The whole purpose for contacting them. They were so rude and arrogant!

Wonderful service, Extremely friendly consultants and technicians. I doubt Mr.Reddy has dealt with them. I have used them countless of times as well as many colleagues have used them. Adam has always been wonderful and pleasant to speak to. I recommend them and will use them over and over again.

Their shop name here says friendly locksmiths but it does not suit them at all. They don't respect customers. I don't recommend these people. They came to fix my car remote outside but it's not fixed properly, later when I call them they don't answer properly and blocked my contact, they don't have even shop address also on their website. he was saying it's the issue with remote case but remote case is correct one.
These guys are unprofessional amateurs who took 5hours to repair my ignition and burned out my body control module and refuse to take responsibility for it. Now i have to pay R11000 because i made the mistake of using them. Never again
I called about a colleague whose keys were locked in the car. They said they would get to me in 30 to 45 minutes but when I called after an hour they just didn't bother to answer. After a further 30 minutes of calling and them not answering I had to make another plan. Completely unprofessional and no chance of me trying to use them again.
Great professional service with expert technians sorted my lost car keys. Supplied, cut and programmed on site. I was on the road within 1 hour with my Merc. Will highly recommend Friendly Locksmith for any locksmith problems. Job well done guys.
