We are a consultancy specialising in four critical areas: - Instructional design and development methodology - Effective facilitation of learning - Fair and accurate assessment of learning - Tools and techniques for professional business communication Our mission is to facilitate learning that transfers seamlessly into the workplace, and to share ideas. We offer public and in-house workshops in all four areas. We are accredited by the ETDP SETA to facilitate and assess the following workshops aimed at the training fraternity. All workshops earn unit standards: - Analysis and assessment - Plan and design the learning - Develop outcomes-based learning material - Facilitate the learning - Conduct outcomes-based assessments - Moderate outcomes-based assessments - Design and develop outcomes-based assessment tools In addition, Gray Training offers business writing and communication skills training for the corporate environment. We pride ourselves in the practical, useful and easily transferable approach taken in these workshops. We have a small team of experienced facilitators and assessors, all of whom are accredited with the ETDP SETA and comply with our standards of excellence. We have been privileged to be a part of the development of thousands of trainers, assessors, instructional designers and business writers over the 33 years that we have been in existence, and are proud to say that we have made a difference.
