They take too long to reply to your emails. I messaged someone online from a Facebook post all they did was ask for my CV and qualifications but never came back to me with any information, even a follow up or just a simple email to say I didn't get a position. This company has never helped me although they have asked me for my resume so many times.
I have never been to the place. However I have been contacted by one of its staff. I had a pleasant exchange with the lady who really went the extra mile in assisting me with one of my applications.
