Utterly the most useless company I ever had to deal with... Beware of Jacques from the George branch... He calls people a Po#S when you take him on for not doing his work. Being battling almost two years to retrieve my late fathers gold investments, and when reprimanding him he verbally abuses you and puts the phone down.

Stay Away what a crooked bunch thay catch you on spot rate and dont have stock..If you place an order be prepared to collect it over a week later when spot price is lower.

To invest with Investgold, will be officially one of the worst investments you will make in your life time. Besides the poor service from the brokers (specifically Cathy Botha) that will never contact you back (even if you copy the CEO Gerrit Schwartz), the growth I had with my investment is on a round zero after five years. They will use the easy excuse that it is a buyers market. I have been trying to sell my coins that I have bought with them but without success. Go check on other websites like Hello Peter for similar comments (Even on their own Facebook Page!!)

Investgold is hard to get,their numbers is not working at all and always go to voicemail,why i don't know. They cannot even respond to my email.
