At first this was just a simple 2 start review and I thought I would leave it at that. Then I receive yet another snotty response from this school, so here we go will give my true review.I understand that the school wants to respond but do not see the point of the school to continue the argument on a Google review. The teachers, the two that we met are amazing! The admin is a nightmare, two people that do not communicate with each other and an answering machine that you can leave messages when phoning them, but they never responded to our messages left there. We said from July 2020 that we will only be returning in January 2020, the school decided to constantly contact us for 5 month but once we wanted to contact them back we could not get hold of them. Extremely rude on the phone and will make decisions for you without giving you a chance to even talk, then on the emails they want to make you feel guilty and play on your emotions.

Great Environment, with Friendly staff..One of the best swimming schools around Kempton Park and I'd definitely recommend it to everyone "parents&kids"...big thumbs up..
