If there was an option not to choose a star, I'd choose it. Terrible service. Very unprofessional telephonic service. You don't have to be working in corporate to have telephone ethics. Instead putting me on hold to talk to someone else, the salesman yells at the staff. He took my number for a part I was looking for. Called him back after an hour, he didn't send anyone to look for the part, they would do so immediately and call me back. It is a week later and no response. It is not the first time I have called them to look for parts and they don't get back to me. Won't be supporting them at all and will definitely not recommend them to anybody. Not sure how they receiving 4 stars from other clients, must be nepotism.
