I would like to say that Journey Rehabilitation Centre is possibly the best centre that I could find. I have found it full of love. Although the centre follows the 12 step program in an effort to allow me to rediscover our true selves, it has also given me the flexibility to to find my own path. I believe that what is good for one person is not necessarily good for another and the fact that I'm allowed, with guidance, to be able to forge my path, is a revelation and I have to thank them for this opportunity of discovering my true self. What I also find brilliant is the various therapies that I have been exposed to such as using alternative remedies such as acupuncture to help in detoxifying the body. It also has therapists who expose us to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy where my subconscious child is being reprogrammed allowing for corrections in the warped behaviours that I have developed through our my time in active addiction. I would also like to thank them for the freedom, although structured, that they have afforded me in having contact with the outside world, and not cloistering me in an isolated world, which has helped me to remain in control of my business opportunities that I have on the outside, and allowed me to be relaxed and open to suggestions as I regain control of my true self.

Would give more stars if possible. I sincerely want to thank Clive and Yonit for helping us get our son back. Four months ago he was in a bad place, addicted to cannabis and struggling to cope with the challenges of everyday life. What made matters worse for us was the fact that my wife and I worked abroad, while our sons was studying in Stellenbosch. He was randomly drug-tested and the results were of the charts. He needed immediate assistance. We spent a great deal of time looking for a suitable place, were he would get the love, support and guidance while he navigated his way through what he was dealing with. Clive was the only person that spoke to me in such away that it made me realize that journeys is the place for our son. Its a decision that I am so glad we made. Clive and Yonit provided a loving, nurturing environment, that was judgement free. It was a place where wounded souls could come and find a place to heal. He is now on the right road thanks to the treatment that he has received and we will forever be grateful. If you are looking for a place of healing then Journeys is the place for you.
