The service is not good. People that tend to customers doesn'teeven know what they are doing cant help with parts don't know what you are asking or taking about. How about some training or employees tgat know what they are doing.

My wallet fell down just as I was opening my drivers door, the car parking assistant that helped me out of the parking spot took my wallet along with the money that was inside. Upon realising that my wallet is missing I went returned to the store to find out if someone returned my wallet but I was told No. I asked them to review the security footage of what happened just minutes before and after I entered my car. The lady who was assisting me with took her sweet time to do so, meanwhile I was helped by another driver who saw what happened and asked the car parking assistant to return my wallet because he saw him taking it. The car park assistant admitted that he took my wallet and went inside the store behind the the counters all the way to the back of the store to retrieve my money. What I would like to know is why does Midas management let someone who is not their employees let someone with criminal tendencies do as he pleases inside their store including going to staff only zones while busy robbing customers. Meanwhile the manager who reviewed security footage came and told me that she saw what happened and called the thieving parking guy by his name to ask him what happened. I mean really? If the other driver didn't positively identify what happened I believe that I wouldn't have been told exactly what happened by Midas Manager

I have been here on multiple occasions, they always have the parts I am looking for at a very good price. I don't know how they manage to keep so many spares. On occasion, if they don't have it they arrange the spare within hours. Thanks for a continuous good setvice
