It helps more with venues an it's a public place with a big wall an parking space with excess to public transportation, an shops next govement services an it is safe.

It can be a bit confusing when you walk in without knowing which office your visiting in this area. Queues can be long sometimes. There is also a community library in the premises, its quite something despite its size. I like the convenience of enjoying free wifi while visiting this place.
