Really happy with KraziDoor. Firstly from the quick response and quote by Andre in the sales team, to the quick installation by their team, but also the fantastic after sales service! When a voltage spike in the area caused the PC Board to blow, they replaced under Warranty in a flash, with Sonya keeping me up to date along the way. Many thanks for the great service guys. Andre was quick to come and to the measurements. Measurements and quotation done within 24 hours after I inquired. I placed my order yesterday, I’m now waiting for installation date to be confirmed. I will give final update once the installtion is done.
Very helpful staff and great installation team. We only noticed a scratch on our new garage door sometime after the installation team had already left and team from Krazi came out, had and look and replaced it without any fuss. Will definitely recommend Krazi Door.
