Phones always not working when u calleven though they they have alternative contact numbers, they are simply not reachable telephonically. They really need to look into their telephone lines cause its causing them harm to potential ppl looking for Accomodation. Their rooms needs too much attention in terms of maintenance, they have really old furniture&appliances, some broken, dirty mattresses, less fridges, less stove. It's just not ethical for students let alone ppl in large. This needs much deliberation and really quickly otherwise business is slipping out through thier negligence and lack of maintenance&management. I'm really not impressed at all.

These places are average but I will give it a 3 because they are cheaper. Where I stayed they were quick to fix the things when they broke. Some of their properties have WiFi, I was never exposed to that. The best you can have is campus residences then if u didn't make it consider these people. Make sure u negotiate your prices very well.

The most horrible student accommodation ever!! . Don't go there! They don't take care of their tenants, always have power cut offs. Trust me it's horrible.

I cannot comment about the place because I never got to view it, but a few minutes walk to campus square could be convinient for UJ students but would not recommend it for the duration of 2019 because of on going construction on the same street, too noisy.
