mafaid flat a not safe their security they a sleeping people get in the house and take everything and this company they don't respond or do follow up on the tenets complain .they break inn last years we complained no one call or do follow up and they did it again yesterday we come at home we find the flat empty not even decoder or remote everything even cloths this time .. but we a paying themR8900 EVERY MONTH.

This company does not respond to tenants complaints nor communicate effectively. I rent from their property in Westrand and we are literally solving security issues by ourselves. They count on people moving out so fools can move in that way they don't have to deal with issues. I do not recommend them.

Mafadi! I'd give a zero star if possible. We rented their property in Greenshank in Roodepoort, we have to share an electrical box with the squatters near by in Princess. The electricity goes off anytime and we have to wait for the people from the squattercamp to come and fix their illegal connections before they switch ours back on. Mafadi only comes up with temporal solutions and then expect to be paid rent. There is too much corruption taking place at this complex. They invoice tenants high amounts and don't explain what the money is for, they don't attend to maintenance issues. This is just a NO GO!!!

Go right a head and rent from this horrible property agency if you want a headache for your entire lease period. I moved in to Rand President in Randburg and the kitchen sink wasn't installed so I couldn't wash dishes properly for the first week. Makes no sense cause the apartment was vacant when I went to view it so they knew long in advance I'm moving in the next month. The amount on the invoices do not match the amount from the company that measures the water and power. For atleast 3 months we had no water, sometimes there wasn't hot water. They are not responsive via telephone or email. They once had the audacity to send four guys in overalls to my door to demand rent that I paid which is intimidation and so illegal and criminal. The accounting department is a joke, they kept my deposit when I left. They need the housing tribunal, they operate with zero professionalism or integrity. It's disgusting.

I have been staying at their apartment for more than 4year never skipped my rental now I owe them 1500 due to the covid and they switched off my electricity, will never recommend anyone to this company again. #Balnagaska flat
