Called the store 3 times from 12pm. Reception put me on hold and never came back on the line. Called again 3 times held om for over 20 minutes no answer. Went to the store no assistance while waiting for over 20 minutes. Only to find out they don't stock the product I require. Spoke to Lucas, one of the managers quite helpful. 2nd bad experience at this store. Very disappointing.

Empty store, no walking for miles from full parking, no long queues easy access to all I needed. Good prices. Polite efficient staff, Whats not to like
Utterly poor after sales delivery. Took a day off in the morning so I can be around for the delivery but the driver hasn't even collected my order yet. The store says my order is out which contradicts what the driver says. No communication from the store and no follow ups. As a customer you are passed from one person to another when trying to do follow ups. Utterly dissappointed with such a large organization
Not a bad store, but since visiting Riverside Makro, I know what is possible. Not nearly as bad as Steubensvalley.
Always shop there for the Company supplies which I usually buy in bulk (3-4 big trollies) and after so many visits which is at least once every second week a guy yesterday from the sugar section helped me load my trolley and offered better alternatives for my next visit despite this being a fairly small stock up compared to other visits he showed me the bulk tills which I didn't know about until yesterday because I usually park at the main entrance and use that que that side which is tiresome. The overall store service is questionable but for the guy who helped me (didn't get his name) he deserves a 5 star form me
Very good helping me and my wife enjoy everything at the shop
Busy, but manageable. Always interesting to watch how people crowd for electronics and the amazing discussions they have about technology in general.
