Utterly disappointed that your online shows you guys are working today and when I get the security rudely tells you closed without having to listen a single or letting anyone inside know of the situation outside. Due to false info that you’ll have online Ive wasted my time and petrol just to come all the way there.

unfortunately there is no system in place to attend to customers needs, you wait for minutes on end without an acknowledgement of your presence, maybe its because they concentrate on wholesaling rather than retail, after waiting some 15 minutes I left the store very disappointed and without stock, fortunately I found another supplier and as in and out of their premises in 20 minutes, this is not the Mallies that was in Avenue Rd Fordsburg,

Great place to get your groceries. I don't want to try again disadvantage is that they have very bad service do not speak friendly with customers and I found them to be very arrogant.
