I placed an order with express delivery 10 days ago. I enquired about it on day 3 (since I paid for express delivery and did not receive any updates on my order yet) and they promised that I will receive it the next day. I didn’t. They promised delivery on day 5,8 and 9 with NO results. I requested a refund on day 8 and 9...NO RESULT! I was informed that this was an issue with the delivery company, The Courier Guy.
The physical store may be a better bet. Online orders is a problem. I won’t try again!

Masiye does exist unlike Mr Henry Collin's claims. Their offices are located in 41 barney road Benrose johannesburg. I have visited their warehouse to purchase some laboratory equipment. Please do check their website and call for directions and you will find their offices in Benrose.
