While located in the heart of Braamfontein and definitely great in terms of both the aesthetics of the office spaces and proximity to restaurants and cafes, at the building between Metanoia and Urban Eatery, there is insufficient parking for tenants, bathrooms periodically out of service, inadequate servicing of lifts and communication from the building manager could definitely be more frequent and timeous. Not a horrible place to have your office located but not entirely satisfactory either.
